Company Policies and Important Information
Please read the following company policies and information carefully before making your booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled service for any reason (including wet weather), please be aware, that the full amount will be non-refundable. This policy is in place because I dedicate that specific time to your booking and may have turned down other opportunities.
In the event that I need to cancel your booking due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will make every effort to arrange a replacement face painter (with your approval), or you will receive a full refund, including the booking fee.
Booking Fee
To secure your booking, a non-refundable fee of $50 (small private event) or $100 (public/corporate event) will be charged at the time of reservation. This fee will be deducted from your amount due and will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation. Please be aware that your booking will not be confirmed without this deposit.
Paint and Products Info
I only use high quality, non toxic face paints and products that adhere to Australian standards.
Please be aware that I only use, water-based face paints that are designed to be easily washed off. These paints will wash off in rain, water play and sweat.
Face paints and cosmetic glue, in rare cases, can cause allergic reactions. If you, your child or any of your event guests have allergies to anything, it is important that you inform me.
Paints may temporarily stain skin and may stain clothing.
I do not paint babies under 12 months old. This is due to their delicate, underdeveloped skin, higher chance of allergic reactions and insurance reasons.
Glitter tattoos are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Glitter tattoos are semi waterproof and will slowly wash off after a few days.
I use professional quality latex balloons. Latex is a natural material and is biodegradable. Latex balloons can cause allergic reactions and are not suitable for people who have a latex allergy or sensitivity.
Set Up
I will arrive about 20/30 minutes early to set up for the event. I bring everything that I need including a table and chairs. All I will need is an undercover area that is protected from the elements. If needed, I can bring a gazebo for a small fee.
